Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo’s ex, Fancy Acholonu’s revelation on why she does Yoga have stirred so many reactions from fans.

Yoga is an exercise done to bring the mind and body together by the use of breath. it is a system to foster wellbeing on the physical, spiritual and emotional levels.

KemifilaniNews recalls the duo had separated barely three months to the long-anticipated wedding. Amidst the relationship breakup rumour, the joint Instagram page created for their wedding was also deleted, raising suspicion among their fans and lovers. Fancy Acholonu deleted all photos of herself and Alex Ekubo on her Instagram page.

According to Fancy, Yoga helps improve your sleep, ease stress and anxiety level, understand the mind and body connection and increase your concentration.

Many already assumed the reason she is into Yoga is that she is depressed due to her recent break-up with her fiancee, Alex Ekubo. Adding, she should forgive him for whatever damage it might have cost their relationship.
