For allegedly snatching her friend’s husband, Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has continued to receive backlashes from all corners.
Shortly after Aigbe’s old video emerged where she was seen advising young ladies to date married men and squander their money, talent manager Kara has lambasted her for misguiding the young ones who take her as their role model.
For Kara, Mercy Aigbe forgot she has a daughter who might follow her footsteps and end up living the kind of lifestyle her mother mentored others to live.
Taking to her Instastory, she wrote, “So many people have no values or morals left…and we just be pretending everything is ok while children learn the rubbish and do worse things. Next thing, chopping married men’s money would become a whole flaunted lifestyle. Awon graduating from side chic to second wife. Mercy please go and hide with somebody’s else’s husband that wants to use you for clout and allow us try to ignore your mess. He would do the same to you as she did to his first wife. He already said he is allowed to… wahala no dey finish.”
She ranted further, “Dress up trash everywhere. How will you instruct your daughter to be decent at this rate. She would want to be like you. Or even better than you but she may follow the same path and you are her excuse and role model. A side chic may capture your man Mrs. Second wife and she will take your advice. Please do not come online to complain oh. I am confused on your behalf. Social media will play out your values and we will all watch it unfold. That should give a little wisdom? Or not? Anyways I trust twitter to do the needful. You could have done your atrocities in private, but oh no, you’re begging for comments like this oh.”
Kemi Filani had earlier reported that just a few hours after Mercy Aigbe’s interview with new husband Kazim Adeoti went viral, the estranged wife of the media mogul, Funsho made some shocking new revelations.
In the said interview with MediaRoomHub, Aigbe denied knowing Funsho while her new husband also debunked the claims that he was friends with Lanre Gentry (Aigbe’s ex-husband).
Obviously triggered by that interview, Funsho took to her Instagram page on Saturday, March 5, 2022, where she dragged the actress.
“Let’s get the record straight here, this post is regarding an interview recently going around by Media Room Hub with my soon “to be” ex-husband in one of his numerous lies, I want you all to know that in contrary to what Mr. Adeoti said I did NOT and will NEVER SETTLE to have a second wife in my marriage to him,” she wrote.
