Ajao is the last among her six siblings. Her father was a teacher, who she described as her number one role model. Eniola attended Saint Michael’s Anglican Primary School and Army Secondary School in Epe. Growing up, she wanted to make her parents proud but nursed a secret desire to become an actress.
