Netizens have reacted to a viral video snippet of a live radio show, where a Nigerian man identified simply as “Mr. Obinna” publicly denies his apparent girlfriend.
Mr. Obinna was put on the spot on live radio after his girlfriend forwarded an affectionate message to Hot FM, Lagos, on the program “Say Hello to the gang”, to be read out to him over a live phone call, as a romantic gesture.

The OAP read out the message sent by Mr. Obinna’s girlfriend to him that goes, “I love you and will always do, thank you for all the love and you have a special place in my heart, love you, baby.”
Contrary to the expected response to such a message, Mr. Obinna then replied with a sharp, “Who sends the message?” to which the OAP responded “It’s your girlfriend now, can you guess?

Mr. Obinna responded by saying, “I can’t please, I am on the highway from Enugu to Onitsha.”
The OAP’s female counterpart, who was shocked at his reply, told Mr. Obinna that if he was really in love and in a relationship it shouldn’t be difficult for him to guess.
Mr. Obinna further responded by saying that it was difficult for him to guess who the girl was, because he was on a journey, before hanging up.
