A video making rounds online captured the moment a man teaches his daughters menstrual hygiene and educates his son to always respect women.
The father of three, who emphasized to his son on the different phases a man goes through in his life and why he should always respect women, was hailed for his responsible action.

He demonstrated to his daughters how to use a menstrual pad to ensure proper hygiene during their periods. The father explained the changes in their body which would attract attention from their male counterparts.
