Saga Adeolu, who rose to fame on Big Brother Naija’s “Shine Ya Eye” reality show, has disclosed that the proposal video of him and fellow former housemate Nini Singh was only an act.
He disclosed that the viral video was not really a proposal as it was shot as a skit last year. The fitness enthusiast and artist made this known during a recent Naija FM interview.
Weeks have now passed since photos and videos from the ‘romantic proposal’ surfaced online, sparking joy amongst BBNaija fans everywhere that Saga’s hard work in trying to win Nini over in the BBNaija house had finally paid off.

That hope has now been dashed and rooters for the duo are left disappointed.
Saga, in the chat with presenters, further revealed that he was shocked to discover that the private video had gone viral on the internet and he had no idea how it happened.
Meanwhile, Saga recently poured out his heart in a chat with Nigerian media personality, Chude Jideonwo, about his experience in the Big Brother Naija show, where he eventually found the “love of his life”.
He admitted to shedding a tear or two while chasing Nini during the show and says people called him ‘mumu’ (which translates to fool) for his show of emotion.

The artist and fitness expert also owned up to being a total mama’s boy. Talking about his mom’s passing, he said it was like one of those horror movies, and that it left this huge empty place in his life, but at the same time gave him strength.
